Heaven Wear Return Policy

At Heaven Wear, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your item, you may return it in accordance with the guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Charges

• Dhaka City: A return delivery fee of 60 BDT will be applied.
• Outside Dhaka City: A return delivery fee of 130 BDT will be applied.

3. Free Delivery

• Heaven Wear provides free delivery across Bangladesh. However, the delivery fee will only apply if you choose to return an item.

4. Process for Returns

5. Refund Processing

• Once we receive your returned product and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.
